Day 19--July 26: Utah Rocks

This shot is one of the many magnificent views to be seen in Arches National Park. Sitting right outside of Moab in southeast Utah, it felt like we were on the set of Totall Recall or Mission to Mars. Thankfully, there were no sightings of Kuato, but we were surprised with the amount of foreign tourists that were getting their USA on. Anyway, Adrienne and I got a heavy dose of the crimson canyons and red rock formations early in the morning, before the temperature hit 104 degrees. Last night, after we had our first campground turf battle, we had to suffer through sleeping in 80 degree heat. Ick! (If you were wondering, we settled the campsite affair like adults. They had to leave, because we were there first.)
Now, we are on our way to Scottsdale, AZ to hang out with Lizzy and Jason. We have already totalled 5,300 miles in Camilla, and we haven't even gotten to California yet. Tomorrow, she has a date with Jiffy Lube.

Fun Fact of the Day: There is only one place in America where four states touch. The four corners of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona actually exist on a Navajo Reservation, so while you learn geography you can dine on Indian frybread too!
